1. Appointment Requests & Confirmation
Submitting an appointment request through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking.
The date and time selected on the website are the customer's preferred appointment date and time only.
All appointment requests are subject to technician availability.
An appointment is considered confirmed only after you receive confirmation from us by phone, text, email, or another agreed method of communication.
If the requested date or time is unavailable, we may contact you to arrange an alternative appointment.
Please do not consider an appointment scheduled until you have received an email confirmation from us.

Additional Work
The regular $90 one-hour minimum does not apply when only a Full Maintenance, Full Inspection, Winterizing, or Spa Opening package is performed.
Any repairs or services outside the selected flat-rate package may be charged separately at the regular $90/hour labour rate, plus parts and materials.
The customer will be informed before significant additional work is performed whenever reasonably possible.
3. Travel Fee
Service locations within Winnipeg and up to 10 km outside the Winnipeg perimeter are not subject to an additional travel fee.
For service locations more than 10 km outside the Winnipeg perimeter, an additional travel charge will apply.
The amount of the travel charge may vary depending on the distance and location of the service address. The customer will be informed of the applicable travel charge before the appointment is confirmed whenever reasonably possible.
The travel fee is separate from labour charges, service package prices, parts, materials, and applicable taxes.
4. Free Remote Quotes
We offer free remote quotes when a problem can reasonably be identified without an on-site visit.
Customers may be asked to provide photos, videos, error codes, hot tub information, and a detailed description of the problem.
If the information provided allows us to reasonably identify the problem, we can provide an approximate estimate for expected labour and parts.
A free remote quote may be provided by phone, email, text, or another form of online communication.
All remote quotes are estimates and are not guaranteed fixed prices.
A free quote does not include an on-site visit, inspection, diagnosis, or troubleshooting.
If a technician must travel to the property to inspect or diagnose the hot tub, the regular service rate of $90/hour with a one-hour minimum applies
5. Estimates
Estimates for labour and parts are approximate and are not guaranteed fixed prices.
The final cost may change if additional problems are discovered during diagnosis or repair.
Some problems may only become apparent after components are removed, repairs begin, or the hot tub is tested.
If significant additional work or parts are required, the customer will be informed before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.
6. Parts & Materials
Parts, replacement components, chemicals, and other materials are charged separately unless specifically included in a service package.
When significant replacement parts are required, the customer will be informed of the estimated cost before they are ordered or installed whenever reasonably possible.
Some parts may need to be ordered and may require an additional service visit.
7. Customer-Supplied Parts
Customers may provide their own replacement parts.
We cannot guarantee the compatibility, quality, condition, or performance of customer-supplied parts.
Labour required to install, remove, diagnose, or replace an incorrect, defective, or incompatible customer-supplied part remains billable at the regular labour rate.
8. Access & Safety
The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the hot tub and its equipment.
The area around the hot tub and equipment should be accessible before the technician arrives.
Snow, ice, furniture, stored items, panels, or other obstructions that prevent reasonable access may result in additional billable time or the appointment being rescheduled.
Customers should inform the technician of any known electrical, plumbing, structural, or other safety issues.
The technician may stop or refuse work if conditions are considered unsafe.
9. Diagnosis & Repairs
Inspection, troubleshooting, and diagnostic time are considered billable labour during a regular service visit.
Hot tub problems can have multiple causes.
Repairing one problem does not guarantee that another unrelated problem will not become apparent afterward.
Some additional problems may only become apparent after the original repair has been completed and the system is operating again.
We cannot guarantee that every problem can be diagnosed and repaired during a single service visit.
10. Workmanship, Leaks & Follow-Up Visits
We stand behind the work performed by our technicians.
If a problem or leak is determined to have been directly caused by our workmanship during the original repair, we will return and correct that workmanship issue without an additional labour charge.
This does not apply to new or unrelated leaks, failures of other components, pre-existing problems, normal wear and tear, deterioration, freeze damage, or other issues that were not caused by our previous work.
Repairing one leak or component does not make us responsible for future failures elsewhere in the hot tub.
If a customer requests a return visit and the problem is determined to be unrelated to our previous workmanship, the visit will be treated as a new service call.
A new service call is subject to the regular one-hour minimum charge of $90.
Any additional labour, parts, or materials required will be charged separately.
11. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Confirmed appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting us through our business phone number or email address.
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling a confirmed appointment.
A fee may apply to late cancellations or missed appointments.
A fee may also apply if the technician arrives at the property but cannot access the property, hot tub, or necessary equipment.
12. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the service visit unless another arrangement has been agreed upon in advance.
The final amount may include labour, parts, materials, chemicals, additional authorized services, and applicable taxes.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By selecting “I agree to the Terms & Conditions” and submitting a service request, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
Submitting the form constitutes an appointment request only and does not guarantee or confirm the selected appointment date or time.
